Flexi Studio and Flexi Capture getting crashed when I try to load invoice sample for recognizing or try to process the same. Can any one help me ? What could be the problem ?

This might be better if you create a support case so that ABBYY support can help. You mention it crashing but there isn't much information. When does it crash and what is the error message?
