Is there a list of file extensions which can be recognized by Abbyy flexicapture?
we are using hot folders but when a .mht or .csv file is sent to abbyy hotfolder, it remains there no error/exception tasks are created.
How can such files be processed automatically to exceptions?

Those aren't supported file format. Please refer to the following link

There isn't an option to move non supported file into another folder. Only option would be to use some 3rd party tool or scripting something to remove non supported file type.
Why not just prevent it in the first place? This is a folder that only FlexiCapture should be using so why are non-supported files being dropped into this folder?

the files are being dropped into the folder, because another application which drops the file does not know better, it assigns a unique id to each file and verification team need to dispose it properly with appropriate comments if it's not an invoice,
verification team clearly cannot get to these files through abbyy.
