Problem with ABBYY-FineReader-14 - application not responding while trying to save file

The problem with the operation of the application has recently appeared, updating the application Abby to the latest version (14.7.272) did not solve the problem. We have MS windows 10 rev 1909.

The problem appears most often in the case of adding or deleting pages from documents and trying to save, I am asking for support and recommendation what else we can do to solve the problem
