I am using FlexiCapture 12 for Invoices and customize the workflow for multiple invoies in a document by using the script. But now I want to separate the BatchType (without merging/separation script) only for document having singleInvoice but when trying that it will create invoice of all pages rather merge and create one Invoice, so how I can assemble the pages into one Invoice without using script and more than one recognition?
I am using Flexicapture 12 for Invoices,

Have you tried setting the assembly to DocDef. FCI really doesn't have the normal footer/header assembly. If you set it to DocDef, it will separate your PDF to single pages and then run the normal recognition instead of being already preassemble.

Thank you for your help but the issue is resolved by clicking on ForEachImageFile option.
Strange ForEachImage file is usually the default setting for FCI project. In any case, I'm glad you got it to work.
