How to design/develop CheckMark & check mark groups from FlexiLayout Studio ?

Hi There,

i am designing a Flexilayout for semi structured document using Flexilayout Studio 12.i am facing issue with recognizing /developing with check marks. i have couple of scenarios as mentioning below.

1st : As screenshot below, re entry & new hire are 2 different fields and I want to get the output from them, As cross mark enabled for reentry it should get as YES and for new hire its NO.

2nd : Same here I have 3 options below whichever is having cross symbol I need the output as YES and for the rest two Its NO.

3rd : Same applicable here as well.

Basically in the flexi layout studio which field type I need to use for this and where this needs to get mapped in blocks.

Scott Chau Ekaterina : Can you please suggest me here as I have seen couple of your posts but unable to resolve this. it would be helpful if you could provide in detail steps for this.

    Avinash,

    So from the sound of it , you're not really looking for a Group Checkmark..  A group check mark would be 1 field with multiple option.  So in the case of Male or Female, you would only get 1 value depending on what is selected.  It doesn't look like this is  what you're trying to do.

    Sound more like you are trying to do individual check mark.  So in the case of Male Female, there would be 2 field.  If they check the check mark, the value would be Yes and if not checked, it would be No.  This sound like what you want to do correct?

     

    In that case, you need to create individual Checkmark Block for each field you want.  

    Then in the search element, either use region or object collection and map them back to the Block

    In FlexiCapture, You then set the Recognition Setting as follows:

    Hi Scott,

    Thanks for your response. Unfortunately I am unable to download the sample project that you have provided.it would be helpful if you can share with some other source Ex: Share point or You can upload it as a ZIP file here so I can download it.

    Also I have implemented the same approach and tested in document definition but I am not getting the output as YES or No.

    Kindly suggest.

    I had no issue just downloading the file from that link.  Can't attach zip file to this message.  Do you have a public site I can upload this to without logging in?  Also a better approach might be if you provided me with your project.
