i have a structured document where few fields have radio buttons and check boxes. just want to understand what will be the output from those if radio button is enabled or check box is enabled.

The export depends on your setting. You can set the value to anything

Actually i am using the structured form in project setup station for extracting the values.
i don't see the above Field Properties under data.
Again let me explain you the scenario with more details,i have to extract the output for the below
Consider whatever is cross marked i need to fetch that value as Yes . And in my field properties i can see the following options.
i tried implementing the create checkmark field and tested both the fields but the test report gives as both are checked,
Can you please suggest here.

Your screen is show you using individual checkmark. You need to group them if you something like a male or female option

Hi Scott,
I tried implementing by grouping them but not working. Also under field I am not getting any child items.
- After grouping them I tested and getting the error in document definition as below.
Also I have 2 single check box fields(screenshot below),when I tested them getting the same output where cross symbol is present or not.
Output :
Can you please help/suggest me her how to get the output as YES when cross mark is there and output as NO when cross mark is not there.
Please suggest.
