Do we have any solution to export the Flexi layout from flexi capture
I need to add some custom field which will extract data from the receipt and update

Only under certain conditions can you export the FLS project. I do not know of a way myself. If this is using "Training" then you can export the FLS from the training batches.
Why just just update the FLS project that FC Doc Def section is linked to? You have to go thru the processes anyway. Project Setup on the doc def will tell you the location of the AFL file.
