Can anybody help? We have a FineReader Server where we are unable to add processing stations which are VMs on the same physical host that is hosting the FineReader Server. We can add processing stations to this server which are VMs in other physical hosts in different datacentres (over WAN) but not server in the same LAN/subnet. We keep seeing the error “Failed to retrieve default OCR Station configuration. Server authentication error.”. The same account is used on all servers.
