Unable to download workable trial

Hello.

I can't download the trial version.

Unconfirmed 377189.crdownload

This is the file that is downloaded to my Windows 11.

Please help

I'm not sure about the topic I picked.

hi Matthew Dyett! Were you able to download the trial version successfully?
From the file name (Unconfirmed 377189.crdownload), it seems the download was paused or interrupted and is incomplete. A suggestion:

Delete the existing Unconfirmed 377189.crdownload file

Disable any third-party software (such as registry cleaners, antivirus software, etc.)

Re-download the trial file

Re-enable the third-party software

If that doesn't work, you can always submit a request to our Support team and we will get you sorted.
