I'm facing issue like for one vendor im working with resolution of 300 and in that shipto address is not extracted properly.
when i check in layout its matching entire address properly.so i tried by changing resolution from 300 to 200 and its extracted full address.
But the issue is for this vendor its working but i cannot always go with resolution having 200, for other vendor its shipto address is not extracting properly so again when i change resolution to 300 it extracted properly.
In these cases what should i do ,in document definition we can set only one resolution for every vendor.

Resolution is part of a batch type preprocessing setting. What you can do is create 2 batch type and send the special case 200dpi Vendor to one batchtype and all other to the other batch type
