Steven,
I'm a bit unclear on the issue. You can print directly in FineReader 11 Professional. File - Print. If you want to print the document in some other program, you could save the document in a PDF format. File - Save - PDF. Then you can open that file up in any PDF reader and print from there.
Where I'm a bit confused is you mention being on Windows 10 but switching to Windows Vista? Maybe you have a problem with activation the license? If so create a support case and support can help you activate.
I saved it in pdf but i can't open it with another program.
I got a computer there was still vista on it and I couldn't upgrade anymore. I have to restart the software, maybe it will work with the print. I would like to thank you for the quick help and apologies for my late response.
When you say you can't open it in another program, what do you mean? Is there an error message when you try to open it? What program are you trying to open it in?
When I press print it only shows me my printer, but with windows 10 I can also choose, for example, pdf reader.
Steven,
You're talking about a PDF Printer. It lets you print to PDF. FineReader comes with PDF XChange. If you are missing that virtual printer, try doing a repair of the software or uninstall reinstall if you have software. If you don't have the software, contact support for a new download link.
I now have windows 10 on it. it works now. Thanks for your help.
