How to extract vertical text in abbyy flexi layout

Hi,

I need to extract shipto address from invoice which is having shitpo label, i used Static text to locate the label and it is working as expected when the shipto label is in horizontal. But when the shipto label is in vertical it is not identifying the keyword.

what changes should i do to make abbyy to identify the vertical keyword in static text.

Note: i also tested with making changes on this:

    If you using Static text to get that label, you need to setup it up to look for line break. Basically put a space between each character and enable line break option.

    You might want to check what the OCR value for the text in FlexiLayout Studio. It might be bad image quality.  In my case, I took your image and try to see what I could.  Setting wise its correct what I told you above.  The issue in my case, is the low quality screenshot I grab,  It picked up the I as a 1 and didn't detect the "S" text.  In any case I did try to grab what I could from the vertical text as you can see from the screenshot.

    Hi Scott Chau,

                           I tried that then by changing "Null hypothesis quality" it started extracting properly.but when i tried with other scenerio it is not working.

    I can't able to extract this so i made changes trying "S H I P T O : " this in static text. Still it was not extracting. Can u help me to fix this.

    Can you please say where is this properties panel available ,is it in flexi layout or project setup station .Please provide the demo path to this properties panel.

    Thanks for your guidance but i tried that way also its not extracting the text. I had also tried by changing to OCR only in image properties but still not extracting.
