Training License Expiry & Extension Policy Answered

Hi,

I have enrolled for eLearning: ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Basic training & configured VM for same on 17 Jan 2022

But as I can see the expiry of this license is showing as 31 Jan 2022, so can you please provide exact number of days this free license is provided & any process to extend it with cost if any

    Hi  Jignesh Khakhriya,

    When your license expires, you can always download the latest version of the Virtual Machine using the link provided in the course materials. You should go to the first lesson description or use the "Credentials and VM Installation" file.

    If downloading a new Virtual Machine is not a suitable solution, you can contact us after the expiration date and ask for a new license file.

    Jignesh,

    You can contact us by submitting a request via https://support.abbyy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
    A new license will be free of charge. The VM with a license is available for students during the whole learning process.

    When you submit a new request, please choose "ABBYY University" as a support product.

    Thanks Margarita, Just created request (#472574)  for license renewal on above link, as we have multiple developers involved in this training - can we raise bulk request for multiple Learning VMs ?
