Hello,

yesterday I ordered the last version of your screenshot reader. I loaded it down and installed it, but it is impossible for me to get it working! Either I get the feedback that the licensing process prepares difficulties, or "Access to c:\program files\abbyy screenshot reader 11\extended dictionaries\was denied."

What should I do?
