Can't send created pdf by email

I use FineReader for mobile for several years. At 23.06. I was billed for a new subscription. After that FineReader refuse to send created pdf by email. Instead, I receive the following message: "Failed to send the email. Please, check your account settings". I didn't change any settings so far. What do I have to do to restore FineReader's full functionality?
