現象

FlexiCapture 12 Licensing Server（LicensingService.exe）に使われているRAMの容量は異常な容量まで上昇します。

原因

CodeMeterは使われていない場合、CodeMeterはLicensing Serverに定期的に初期化されます。

解決

１．ライセンスサービスがインストールされているフォルダを開きます。
デフォルトは「C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ABBYY\FlexiCapture\12.0\Licensing」
２．LicensingSettings.xmlの<LicensingServers>の内容を以下のように変更します。

<LicensingServers>
<EnableCodeMeterLicenses Enable="no" />
<EnableIKeyLicenses Enable="no" />
</LicensingServers>

上記のパラメーターは、ライセンスサービスにCodeMeterの使いを無効化します。
