We have a group of employees that are verification operators. When they send a document to a stage (usually the Exceptions stage) they have the option to manually type in a value or select from a recent list of comments that they have entered previously. This causes a wide range of different comments being entered and none of them are uniform. Is there any way to #1 make the "Task comment:" field required and #2 configure a standardized list of comments for all operators to choose from?
