I have statements that have two repeating groups and when I export them to one file, I'm getting all their possible combinations that makes it very hard to tell which ones are accurate. Is there a way to extract the values only once and then move to the next one?

This is an expected behavior from built-in Export to Data Files.
In case it doesn't suit your requirements, you can use Export Script to create the file with any required structure:
