Since Thursday Abbyy conversions are not working as expected, a very high percentage of requests are timing out due to a delay in the service.

Here is the average conversion time report which shows that some of the requests took more than 3 hours.
Would you please investigate and share what is the reason.

Hi Nikolay,
In general, you can track the performance of the service via the following links: Service status EU and Service status US.
For the US instance in particular, there've been some issue, which will be, hopefully, fixed soon.
