Our company has installed FlexiCapture 12 but it cannot OCR Chinese Character. Is it due to incorrect configuration or we need to purchase additional module to support this feature?

The OCR of the Chinese language is controlled by a special license parameter. You can check if the Chinese OCR is enabled in your license in the License Manager. Look for Languages (OCR) in the license parameters. If you need to change your license parameters, please contact your ABBYY Sales Representative.
If you have Chinese enabled in the license, I suggest creating a support request to look over your project settings and the samples you need to process.

After checking with our local sales, we are entitled but we want to OCR Chinese Character. Is it OK for FlexiCapture? And how to configure it if yes.

Did you check the license parameter in the License Manager? If the license parameter for Chinese language OCR is available, but you are unable to recognize the text in Chinese, please create a support request for the Customer Support Team to look over your project settings and the samples you need to process.
