Hello,
I installed ABBYY FineReader PDF 16 two weeks ago and scanned and digitized about 250 pages. Suddenly, a small blue box appeared with the information that—I don’t remember exactly—ABBYY deleted the first page (it was in English, although the language of the app is German). I thought I had made some mistake, clicked “OK” in the box, and closed and restarted the app. But now, the preview function has no longer worked, and the preview button has disappeared. This has remained unchanged even after restarting the PC.
Did I make a mistake, or have I reached a limit of pages that I’m allowed to process? I don’t use ABBYY FineReader commercially; I’m digitizing old volumes of a magazine of a poetry association (a non-profit organization), and I don’t get money for this.
What can I do to solve the problem?

Thank you for creating the support ticket. I received an email from Daria Sokol from the support team with some questions and was supposed to reply to that email, but when I did, I got the following error message from the mail delivery system:

The problem has solved, It had to do with the TWAIN interface. I don't need further support.
