We use a custom dll that is used for exporting documents that have a document definition applied to them. An image enhancement profile runs on all images that come into our FlexiCapture system. Sometimes after that profile runs on an image it makes it illegible, but the original is legible.
We are trying to figure out if we can add code to our dll to force it to export the original image.

As a workaround, you can obtain the original images from the Processed folder that you specify in the Image Import Profile settings
