Dear ABBYY Support Team,
I am writing to seek assistance with activating my license for ABBYY FineReader 16. I purchased the software a few weeks ago, and now, upon attempting to use it, I receive an error message stating that the license number has already been used.
I can confirm that I have not activated the license on any other device apart from the one I am trying to use now. However, the program still displays the message indicating that the license number has been used.
