License Activation Issue for ABBYY FineReader 16 not working

Dear ABBYY Support Team,

I am writing to seek assistance with activating my license for ABBYY FineReader 16. I purchased the software a few weeks ago, and now, upon attempting to use it, I receive an error message stating that the license number has already been used.

I can confirm that I have not activated the license on any other device apart from the one I am trying to use now. However, the program still displays the message indicating that the license number has been used.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or help me deactivate the license if it has been mistakenly activated on another device?
