Hi,

We are experiencing XML load failure.

Xml load failure with error 'XML document must have a top level element. ' line '0' pos '0'
Error: (403) Access denied. Contact your Administrator.

I have opened a ticket #572986, and I'm getting an phenomenal support there. We can close this thread or I'll update this thread once I resolved my problem for future reference for other people.
