Abbyy Finereader stuck on “Converting to Pdf: Opening images” in the quick conversion, and won’t add pages in the advanced conversion. Basically, not a single page shows up and the bar is stuck, nothing seems to be happening. I’ve left it for a whole day and it hasn’t moved at all/added a single page
