OCR recognition of tables is quite good, but can be improved. Table columns or rows that contain (at least, after verification!) only digits 0-9, currency, minus, and the thousand and decimal separators ought to go direct into Excel as number format values, rather than (as at present) as text values such as '123.45
To be absolutely clear, the "'" in this case is inserted into the recognised string "123.45" and requires user intervention (in Excel) before it can be used in formulae.
I can't think of a polite way of expressing how frustrating I find this.
