I have a question concerning the Abby Fine Reader.
On 4 April, 2024, I subscribed to an annual (non-commercial) use of this program after using your free trial for one week (which worked well). After the payment via Visa (which did go through), I downloaded the app into computer, but it does not seem to function, i.e. when I try to apply it to a document, nothing happens. Can you help?
