I bought IriScan desk 6 camera to scan books faster. They have Twain driver for 3rd party products. I tried with FR 15 and 16, but I am getting program internal error, twain cpp error 229 or 245, source initialization failed. Device is working with native software, however I dont like it, since I am blind and its not accessible. Just wish to know, have someone IriScan desk 6 and is this working with FR? IF not, I still have time for return the product.

Hello Aleksandar! From a FineReader user who encountered the same problem we've learned that according to the manufacturer of the devices, IRIScan Desk 6 scanners are designed to work optimally with their own software. So, unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to help you to make it work with FineReader PDF through FineReader's built-in scanning interface, I'm sorry.
