Issues when trying to use FineReader OCR

Hello everyone. I'm facing some issues when trying to use FineReader OCR. Here are the specific errors that appear:

Questions:

Has anyone else encountered similar issues?
Is there a known solution for these errors?
Is it possible to recover the lost license time due to these issues?
