I’ve noticed a difference in how FineReader handles headers and footers when exporting to Word format.
In FineReader PDF 15, when exporting to DOC or DOCX using the Plain text (no formatting) option, the content of headers and footers was preserved but placed directly in the main text area — that is, it was exported as part of the main body, not as separate header/footer elements.
In FineReader PDF 16, this behavior seems to have changed. The header and footer content now appears to remain within the header/footer frames or may be omitted depending on the export settings.
Could you please confirm whether FineReader 16 still supports exporting header and footer text into the main body (as plain text), and if so, how this can be configured? Is there any other way to keep the header and footer content, but in the main body area?
