Project -> Image Import Profiles
In the image import profile, I have a hot folder check every 60 seconds and an option "Number of added files: from subfolder."
Briefly, the document submission process goes like this: every 5 minutes, a robot sends me a folder with documents directly into the hot folder, where it is checked every 60 seconds. And then an unpleasant situation occurs.
I take only part of the documents for processing.
This happens when there are 58 seconds left, and at this time the robot throws a folder at me. For example, in the folder, there are 20 documents, during the upload process only 10 are uploaded, but the document upload is not yet complete. The time comes to check the hot folder (60 seconds), and the process triggers, taking only part of the documents for processing.
how can I solve this problem?

Using an API could be a better fit to have a better control of it. You may refer to this article: https://help.abbyy.com/en-us/flexicapture/12/developer/using/
Also, it would be best to send this to ABBYY Customer Support and if already did that you may just continue with it.
