I come from version 15, that worked fine with this. My current problem is, from exact same size pages from a scan, the final PDF is a mess, with some tiny pages, other gigantic pages. Selecting fixed page size create even a worse mess, instead of zooming out and in, it crops generating cut pages or fills, remaining tiny unreadable text unless you zoom each page. The captures are from macOS but the OCR has been made in Windows.

Solution provided after support contact solved the issue. Basically, need to select no image processing when adding the pages.
