I was looking for advice on how to set up a workflow to do the following:
1. Import files from hotfolders using a naming defined naming scheme
2. Recognise the documents
3. Send recognised documents to be verified, documents to be automatically exported to a location to be picked up Recognition Server.
I am having trouble implenting this however. Currently all documents are being entered into the verification stage, both those recognised against document definitions and those that are unknown. Looking at the advanced workflow settings I can see there's something I need to configure with the exit routes of the recognition stage and the entry routes of the verification and export stages. Setting the verification stage to only accept recognised documents doesn't seem to do anything.
Could someone give me tips as to how set to this up using conditions please? Preferrably without scripting as I'm not good with code and looking at the available options I don't think it's necessary.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do and why you are using Recognition Server. Are you trying to set the send all images that match to a DocDef to Verification if needed and the ones that match to Unknown go to Recognition Server?
If that is the case, why not leave it as is? By default, if something doesn't match a DocDef, it would be classified as "Unknown" and in that case, go with the Unknown Export setting which you could link to the input folder for Recognition Server. So during the final stage of Export, all the matching DocDef will go to their respective export setting and all the Unknown will go to the RS input folder.
That is what we need it to do.
At the moment all jobs are currently being sent through to verification along with the jobs that require verification. This means that a user then needs to send the jobs to the export stage. I want to bypass the need for a user to do that by getting flexicapture to do that for me automatically. The default workflow settings don't seem to do this.
