I already new user role. In ABBYY Web Administrator Login I login to grant new role to user but new role is not work.
Not work: meaning after grant access right to user. user login not see any project.
after create new role I need to do something for update such as upload project or other.

If you have created a new role for the project, you should be able to grant permissions to users to that new role. So if you go to the Adminsitration and Monitoring console and select a user, you will see a the left bottom of the screen the new role. Just check the role and the user will be able to login using that role.

For my step
1. Duplicate old role(Old role can be use).
2. check out some access right.
3. Go to Adminsitration and Monitoring.
4. select user and assign access right.
5. Tell user to try new role.
6. user try to login but verification station not show any project.
