Fixed Forms printed on different printers with different margins settings

I have a fixed layout form (however it can be printed by many people on different printers with different margins settings.) It may also be printed and then faxed to us which will also affect the margins.
My question is, do I need to use a flexi layout on this type of form, or will a fixed layout (created in project setup station) work with the correct Anchors? Are the field zones size adjusted based on the Anchors?
Any advice on the best way to handle this type of forms would be appreciated.

    Hello Dirk,
I have managed documents which were reduced to be a 96% of the original , and still were recognized by Flexicapture. But if you want to be sure to cover all your possible prints, i should go with a Flexilayout.
Would be nice if some has information about tolerance on structured forms and share with us.

    Regards,

Thank you Atorino for your response.
I have also tested one of my forms with images reduced it to be 95% and still getting good results as well. I then tried 90% and the results were not good.
Anyone else know if the field zones size adjusted based on the Anchors for a structured Form definition?

    Hello everyone

If you are using fixed forms with anchors, all images that you process must be of the the same size and resolution always. Field regions will not be adjusted according to diffrent image sizes.

    Tim,

Thank you for the information. I guess I am going to have to learn how to create a Flex Layout for these forms, since I can not control how they are printed. They will all have the same resolution. I just started using the ABBYY software, so I have not explored the Flex Layouts much.

    Thanks again.
