Is there anyway for an administrator to access a task that was postponed by another user and then release it so another user can work the task?
Also Can this access be granted to a Senior verifier role?

To unlock the postponed task it should be enough to do the following:
1. Log on to the Verification station as Administrator/Senior Verification Operator
2. Select Batches view (View > Batches);
3. Right-click the corresponding batch and choose Send to Stage... in the drop-down menu;
4. Choose stage (Verification), OK.
After that the task will be available to all users with Verification Operator role.
