I have a query relating to the WebCapture Station when using Flexicapture Distributed V11
I have a situation where a Senior Verification Operator will be required to reassign a batch to another user, as I understand the Senior Verification Operator should be able to see all batches and interact with them.
Support have indicated this is true for the WebCapture Station as I would expect, however, we cannot see any way for the user to take control and reassign a batch, if anyone can offer some thoughts or guidance that would be very helpful

We are sorry to inform you that a task cannot be assigned to another user by DataCapture or a batch redirected from the DataCapture to Verification Station. The best way to do it is to use Web Scaning Station to create batches.
