After complains from our customer that verification process is stuck
I checked by opening the Processing Server Monitor that the Station Server is stopped and I had
to restart it .
This event was happening at the begining of each day and before scannning at the Production Environment of our customer.
A message like: ΧΧΧ SERVER Stopped with error log:
[Error connecting to: "http://servername" Network request to the remote server timeout]
We have configured our Stations' Server to be in different machine than the main Abbyy Server.
Is there any parameter to set so to avoid this event that occures frequently? Unless it is due to any other
network problem. I assume that other users had similar problems...

Hello Aris,
It is general problem, which can be caused by many different reasons. To find the source of the problem and resolve it you should contact your regional support. To speed up the assistance process, you can collect the following documents:
1. Application and System logs from the server and from the machine where you got this error:
System logs
- go to Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> Event Viewer
- select “System” branch
- go to menu Action and select Save as...
- save the .evt file and send to us
Application logs
- go to Control Panel -> Administrative tools ->Event Viewer
- select “Application” branch
- go to menu Action and select Save as...
- save the .evt file and send to us
