FlexiCapture 11 Reports

Hello,

Yesterday, after I did "IIS Reset", I noticed that all my reports (refer to the attached) was no longer showing any data.
Does anyone know what could have been the problem (e.g. connection string missing, services stopped, etc.)?
Is there any log related to the reports that I can use to do troubleshooting?

    Hello,

    Could you please copy the table CleanUpHistory from the DB that stores the FC complex data and send it to us for further investigation?

    Hello Ekaterina,

    Attached is the contents of my CleanUpHistory table.
    This forum doesn't allow me to attach Excel file, so I convert it to PDF instead.

    Hello,

    Are you using the complex now? A few days have passed since the reboot. Are the reports still disappearing?

    If the problem still persists:

    1. Could you send us the screenshot with the auto-cleanup settings (Administration Console> Service> Cleanup> Automatic cleanup tab)? 

    2. Could you please send the default batch types export screenshot (all window is needed): Project Setup Stations -> Properties -> Project Properties -> Export. 

     

    3. Could you please send the batch types export screenshot (if there are several batch types, we need all of them): Project Setup Stations -> Properties -> Batch Types -> <Choose the name> -> Edit -> Export (make screenshot of all window for each batch type).
