I have an issue on the question in object: for the same vendor with also invoices with multi pages, FlexiCapure returns some different results. Sometime it recognignizes all the rows: in other cases it recognizes only the rows in certain page (all the rows but not necessarly on the first page) and sometime it doesn't recognizes nothing.
I try to train the system but whitout success.
s there something to do to improve the line items recognition?

Hello,
Could you please send us the document samples in which the problem is reproduced (preferably more than 10)? Note the training does not useful for samples, which is not recognized correctly (see the “Verification of line items” article in the Developers Help).

"OKRIGHE" means that Flexicapture recognize every row;
"NORIGHEPARZIALE" it recognize only some rows
"NORIGHETOTALE" it doesn't recognize none row.
Sorry but in the previous post I haven't indicate the version of the software that is Flexicapture for Invoices 11 Distributed 11.0.5.2421.

Hello,
We cannot reproduce the issue. All rows of the line items (except one) were recognized correctly.
On the image from the “dicembre201611301411071745.imap_20161130_2060_212281_NORIGHETOTALE” file were recognized only three rows out of all.
For deeper investigation of your issue, you can contact your region support. Please send them sourced images, project and description of encountered issue
