I will like to pick a table from a one page document however, due to the big spaces in between some rows, the table only picks details at the top and will not pick details after the big spaces below
How do I extract a table in a document with spaces in between the table details

You may use the repeating group instead of the table, cover your spaces by Region elements and exclude these regions from the search as shown on the screenshot.
