I have a simple question about the licence renewal date : is it January 1st or the date of Purchase ?

Hello,
The license expiration date generally depends on the purchase date. To know when your license expires, please open the License manager and see the Expiration Date column for the selected license.

In the Licence manager, the Expiration Date column is set to unlimited (cf. attached file in previous post).
But our official ABBY Dealer just told me it is January 1st.
Can you confirm this ?

If your license does not have “Expiration Date” but has the “page count” instead, then the page counter is renewed on the 1st January.
