For an email import profile, when an email has multiple attachments, they are imported individually as different documents.
How to set it up in such a way that one email = one document?
i.e. all documents in email are merged as one before recognition?

You could try to change The Image Preprocessing settings for that import to Automatically when Document Definition is applied.
