We are trying to move our first FlexiCapture for Invoices project to the server and are getting the following error: Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed
Do I need to set something up on the servers that the processing stations are on?

Hello,
We suggest that you have incorrectly installed (or not installed at all) database access components on the station from which you are exporting, in particular the Provider. Do you use the Oracle database? What kind of Oracle client do you use? Is it x32 client?
Dug in a little deeper - when we try and open the document definition - it throws an error about the provider and will not let you open the document definition. I create a copy and then it let me in but it won't let me delete the provider it doesn't like (nothing happens when you click the delete button but I can delete all the other providers).

If you need to delete some Document definitions, you may try to delete .fcdot files in the Templates folder in the project folder.
