How to exclude signature files when import emails ?

Hello

We activate and parameter an importation profile : emails using IMAP protocol.

In this case, we import pdf but also signature. How can we exclude this kind of files ?

Hello,

If your situation allows, please customize your project by Blank Pages Detection settings (see “Blank Pages Detection settings” article in the Developer guide). In other cases, you should exclude the signatures via workflow.

Thanks for your first answer, do you have more details about exclusion of signature via workflow ?

These are jpg, png files. Other ideas or experience about this kind of situation ?

Hello,

Please pay attention for the ImageSource property. Create the additional script stage. Find the page with .png or .jpg extension and mark it as an annex by MarkAsAnnex() method.
