I am working on ABBYY Flexicapture 11.0 distributed version & am having some issue while extracting metadata from a given document using Flexicapture Layout & Project Setup Station. All the data required to extract from the document is happening perfectly in the Layout Studio , but for few cases when the same build layout file is loaded into the project setup station it recognizing something else e.g the date field recognized in layout studio as 7/05/2018 but in project set up station it recognized as V05/2018. Surprisingly, confidence ratio was 100% for these cases as well. Can anybody help me on that please..

If the results of flexi layout matching in FLS and FC are different for the same image, please check your pre-recognition settings:
Load Image > Image Preprocessing settings button > Image processing block > Convert color and gray images to black-and-white. Usually in the FLS the BW conversion by default is ON, and in the FC it's OFF and that is causing the majority of layout matching differences.
