I am processing documents, my batch size is 1-50. While I am processing it, its recognizes 30-35 images. In remaining I am getting this error. PFA screenshot. In some batches all the images showing the same error.
By right click I have matched the document definition, after the error has gone. Its showing the recognized area correctly, but its not showing the recognized data. Why is that? Please help

Many different causes may lead to this behavior. For example, the connection to the server may be dropped during document processing. This issue needs deeper investigation than forum format allows. Please address the issue to the regional support, send them the project, samples and scenario descriptions.

To know for sure what could be wrong you'll need to collect more information about your situation (appropriate logs) and send those materials to the regional support.
Of course, the investigated situation should better be repeatable and also the scenario how to reproduce it should be provided to the support specialists.
