When I am trying to install Abbyy flexicapture 12, I am getting this error, "there are no endpoints available from the endpoint mapper" (Refer screenshot). Why I am getting this error. After clicking I have seen that tool got installed. But whenever I am opening the tool, got this pop up, "Error communicating with ABBYY Product Licensing Service ABBYY on 127.0.0.1: Access denied"
Also, I am unable activate the license, That Activate option in license manager is disabled. Why I am getting this many issues while installation itself. Please help.

Hello,
The message "There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper" is not from ABBYY, you could google to solve it.
Regarding "no license" message, please clarify details and provide your license numbers to your sales rep.
Thank you for your reply. I will google it and look for the solution and I didn't mention "no license" error. In my license manager Activate option is disabled and I am unable to click or select that. Check the screenshots. The firewall is already disabled. If you want us to open the ports what is the source and destination. Can some one help me on this?
