The same issue is re-produced in 2 Win10 machines and 2 installation packages.
Machine info: ThinkPad X240 Win10 English OS, HP Pavilion Laptop Win10 Simplified Chinese OS
Installation Package: Official Disk Version and ABBYYFlexiCapture12_Release1_Patch2_1299.14_build_12.0.1.282
I am an experienced user in FlexiCapture, and the installation package is from the official/vendor. This is the first time I faced with this kind of thing.

Hello,
Looks like your installation is lacking a file. Please find TextGraphicsTypeDetection.clc in the attachment
You need to copy it to Patterns directory inside of your installation folder, should be something like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ABBYY FlexiCapture 12\Patterns

There are a few options to resolve this issue:
1. Add the missing file to "Patterns" folder (see the link).
2. To make an upgrade to the version of fix or higher.
