Document stuck in "scanning" stage

Hi Team,

I am using the UiPath connector for uploading document onto my locally hosted ABBYY FlexiCapture server.

Have done fresh installation of all components of FlexiCapture Distributed , and set up the project as well on the FlexiCapture server.

But after the upload of document from UiPath , I can see the document is stuck in Scanning stage in FlexiCapture Admin&Mon Console, please refer the snapshot.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

    Hi Abhaykumar,

    Please follow the steps below,

    Go to Project properties -> Workflow tab

    Change Schema from Simple to Unattended.

    Done.

    Hi MY,

    Thanks for the reply , but that also having same same issue.

    Somehow , my document is not moving from Scanning stage. Interestingly no error is been thrown it just keeps waiting.

    Hello,

    Please address this issue to the regional support. Provide the build number of your UiPath connector and describe the FC complex in more details.
